UnLink is built to work without an account. Personal recovery entries—including streak information, mood and urge logs, Journey entries and Vault notes—are designed to remain on your device and are not available to us.

Website information

The website does not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking, session recording or fingerprinting. Cloudflare may process limited technical information such as IP address, request time, browser details and security signals to deliver and protect the site.

If Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled, it is used for aggregate page, referrer, country, device and performance information. Tool text and dates are not submitted to analytics. App Store clicks and tool completions may be counted as aggregate events without including what you entered.

Browser tools

Dates, questionnaire responses and unsent messages used in the website tools are processed in your browser. They are not sent to an UnLink server. The unsent-message field is cleared when the page is left unless your browser preserves form state.

App purchases

Apple processes App Store purchases and subscriptions. We do not receive full payment-card details. Apple may provide aggregated sales and subscription information under its terms.

Support messages

If you email support, we receive the address and information you choose to send. Please do not send private Vault or Journey content.
